Stephanie Cumpton
Stephanie handles the day-to-day operations for the company. Stephanie’s background is well rounded and diverse. She began her career working for attorneys – learning contracts and contract law. From there, she moved into a construction project coordinator role working closely with owners, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel. Her most recent experience has been working as a project manager for a large manufacturing company that is a subcontractor to the government — so multiple forms, processes and procedures are not foreign to her. Stephanie has completed the qualifications required to perform SWPPP inspections. Stephanie has over 25 years in the corporate setting and has built many relationships over the years in the Kansas City area. Stephanie’s strengths are communication, organization, problem solving and working ahead of schedule. If she doesn’t have the answer, she will find someone who knows the answer. When Stephanie is not working, you will find her working on projects around the house, reading a book, or traveling with her family.
